A 6-month mentorship that takes you from playing beautiful sound to facilitating with clarity, confidence, and professional mastery.
The Embodied Sounds Method® combines nervous system intelligence + intentional session design + market positioning. This is why 100+ practitioners stopped wondering "did that work?" and started knowing exactly why each session landed.
But here's the dark side: it's flooded with people who did a 1-day or weekend training and now call themselves sound healers. They have a certificate. They have bowls. They're giving sessions.
But they're not professionals.
And that matters because people come to you vulnerable. They're seeking healing. Their nervous system is dysregulated. Their body is holding trauma. They're stressed. They're trusting you with this process.
That comes with responsibility.
A weekend training doesn't teach you responsibility. It doesn't teach you how to actually hold someone's nervous system. It doesn't teach you how to know the difference between relaxation and dysregulation, between release and overwhelm.
You play beautifully. People leave relaxed. You get nice feedback. But then someone becomes emotional mid-session. You're not sure if you should continue or pause. A body that looked relaxed suddenly feels off, and you don't know why. You finish the session and drive home replaying every decision, wondering: Did I actually help them? Or did I just play some nice sounds?
Here's the thing: you can play beautifully and still not know how to facilitate.
Most sound trainings, even the longer ones, teach you instruments. Very few teach you how to read a nervous system in real time. Almost none teach you how to hold space with responsibility. How to know you're actually creating safety, not just comfort.
So you have a choice: stay in the crowd of weekend-certified sound healers? Or become a professional that people genuinely trust?
You don't know why a session landed. You can't read what's happening in someone's body in real time. You can't hold space with confidence because you're not sure what you're actually facilitating for.
You're relying on intuition alone, and intuition without structure gets exhausting.
You want to walk into a room confident. Design a journey where each element serves the whole. Recognize what's happening in people's nervous systems and know how to respond. Leave knowing exactly why the session worked.
The practitioners who become true professionals? They're the ones who stop guessing and start knowing.
We spent years, thousands of hours, sharing sound and training practitioners in real sessions. We studied the nervous system science. We integrated trauma-informed approaches. We tested rhythms, pacing, repetition, silence, voice work. We adjusted. We tested again.
Why so long? Because professional development takes time.
A weekend training can teach you technique. But turning someone into a facilitator who truly understands what they're doing? Who can hold space with responsibility and confidence? That requires depth. That requires practice. That requires integration.
100+ practitioners have now gone through this method. Not because we added more instruments or threw in a fancy certification. But because we finally answered the question that separates hobbyists from professionals:
How do you actually facilitate human beings, not just play sound?
Most trainings give you one. We give you all four, woven together. That's the difference between guessing and knowing.
"I left with a genuine sense of deep safety in holding space, something that felt embodied, not just understood intellectually."
"I feel more confident, grounded and relaxed. I can finally explain what happened exactly. Module 1 + 2 have landed in my body."
"This training is a game changer for anyone working with sound. I've gained so much more confidence in my somatic approach."
"It isn't until now that I feel my trajectory really comes together. I feel way more inspired to bring it into the world."
"The framework really helped and gave me the tool to start building my own guided meditation. I felt more stable than ever when facilitating."
"I feel lighter, softer and at the same time stronger when using my voice in meditations. It just lands in the room without effort."
Four Level 2 modules, each building on the last. Together they give you the understanding and the practical design framework you need.
Many practitioners use their bowls but avoid their voice because it feels too vulnerable. In this module, you learn how to use your voice as a regulating tool, not as a performance, but as a way of helping people feel safe and grounded.
You'll understand how breath, humming, and vocal expression influence the nervous systems in your room. By the end, your voice becomes something you rely on, and your participants feel it.
This is where you stop guessing about what's happening in the room. You'll learn how to recognize when somebody is settling and releasing tension, when they're becoming activated, when they're disconnecting, and when they need less sound instead of more.
You'll understand the difference between releasing stress and a trauma response, and how to respond in a trauma-aware way in real time. Once you can read the room, you can design for it.
Why does one sequence feel supportive while another feels chaotic? You'll learn how rhythm, pacing, repetition, silence, and musical choices influence the nervous system and the overall flow of a journey.
Not to become a musician. To become deliberate.
Most practitioners create sessions intuitively. Few know how to deliberately design an experience from opening to close.
You'll learn how to open a session so people arrive fully present. Build trust before introducing intensity. Create deliberate tension and release. Use silence strategically. Sequence your instruments and voice so each element serves the whole. Close sessions so participants leave feeling complete, not abruptly dropped.
This framework is what practitioners wish they'd had from day one.
The real transformation isn't just in the training hours. It's in what happens between them.
Between each module, you'll have access to coaching, mentoring, and Q&A sessions with Joy and Eddie.
This is where integration happens. Where your questions get answered in real time. And where you learn how to position your practice in the market authentically, so you're not just a skilled facilitator, you're the facilitator people seek out.
You'll explore how to communicate your unique value as a sound facilitator. How to show up authentically in your market. Real-world questions about designing your offerings.

You realize you're not replaying decisions anymore. Sessions land, and you understand why. Your voice is steadier. Your presence is grounded. You feel like a professional.
You're the facilitator people return to. Not because of the sounds. Because of you. Because they feel genuinely held. Because they trust you.
You know how you'll open the session. You know how you'll build it. You know what you're facilitating for.
A participant becomes emotional halfway through. Instead of panic, you feel calm. You're not guessing, you know whether they need more space, less intensity, or a shift.
You close the session. People open their eyes slowly. They feel complete, held, supported, transformed.
One person says: "I felt so safe with you. I've never experienced that before."
And you know exactly why. Because you designed it that way.
They book their next session before they leave.
You stop filling every silence because it feels uncomfortable. You use silence intentionally.
You stop relying solely on intuition. You design with intention.
You stop guessing how to structure a session. You know how to build it before you begin.
You stop hiding your voice. You use it as a tool.
Instead, you recognize what's happening in the room. You understand why. You know how to respond. You design journeys people want to return to. They feel safer. They return more often. They bring friends.
And for the first time, you leave a session knowing exactly why it landed, because you designed it that way, and because you understood what was needed.
You've done training and you're giving sessions
You're serious about sound healing as a professional practice, not a hobby
You understand that working with people's bodies and nervous systems comes with responsibility
You want to be the facilitator people genuinely trust, not just enjoy
You're ready to become the authority, not one of many
People looking for a quick weekend certification
People treating this as a side hobby
People who don't take the responsibility of facilitating seriously
People not willing to invest 6 months in real professional development
This training holds both the feeling and the science because it comes from two people who each live one side of it. We've led thousands of sessions together, and built this method side by side.
Joy — Professional singer, dancer and yoga teacher. Joy brings the embodied, somatic heart of the work.
Eddie — Professional drummer, Conservatory-trained percussionist and meditation teacher. Eddie brings the structure underneath the soul.
The feeling and the framework. The soul and the science.

This training is designed for practitioners who've already done training and are giving sessions. It's not about starting from scratch, it's about deepening what you already know and building confidence in what you're doing.
Yes. The Embodied Sounds Method® works across all sound modalities because it's rooted in two universal truths: how the nervous system responds to sound, and how to structure an intentional journey. Both apply everywhere.
Intuition without structure can become exhausting. A framework gives your intuition something to land on. It turns "I feel like something worked" into "I designed this to work, and I understand why." That's where real confidence comes from.
The training is designed so you can integrate at your own pace, modules are recorded and available to revisit. But we ask that you show up for the live sessions and engage with your practice. This is mentorship, not passive consumption.
Replays are available. You can watch later. But we do encourage live attendance when possible because the community and real-time interaction are part of the transformation.
